convenient theme park access
breakfast buffet theme park comfortable beds friendly staff
the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the hotel is located very close to the theme park. the beds were comfortable. i found the staff friendly and helpful.
i thought the coffee served could be improved slightly.

missing hook poorly-labeled items
The hotel was close to the park and the service was good.
The room lacked hooks in the bathroom. Clothes ended up on the floor during showers. There also wasn't a full-length mirror, a real inconvenience. The food was not great, and many items were poorly labeled, which caused some bad meals.

Wonderful Theme Hotel Experience!
direct access great theme perfect family
The hotel had direct access to the park. It was amazing. The hotel's theme is great. We booked a family room including a double bed, a day bed, a kitchen area, and a bathroom. Another room contained a king bed, a tv, a wardrobe, and a bathroom, perfect for our family.
The room cards often stopped working, so trips to reception were regular.

The hotel's buffet restaurant was great for the price. The food had great quality and offered great variety. The pizza at the pool bar was amazing. I enjoyed it a lot.

The hotel features direct access to PortAventura Park. The location is excellent with convenient access. We found the hotel very close to the theme park. It only took us about five minutes to walk there.

The staff members were always helpful! They did their best to assist us quickly. Everyone was friendly. We found the service wonderful! I'm very grateful for their kindness and dedication to guests.

town theme basic room blackout shades
the western town theme created a fun atmosphere , right from the entrance. the room was a basic standard room , but it was clean and functional. i appreciated the blackout shades , which were great for sleeping in.
the bathroom lacked a fan , so condensation was a slight issue after showering.
