a balanced experience
the location was convenient, just a short walk to the theme park and other attractions. the buffet selection offered a good variety of foods for both breakfast and dinner. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. staff members were generally helpful and friendly.
I found the room keys stopped working frequently. This meant regular trips back to reception to get them fixed. it felt somewhat repetitive . this was a bit disappointing considering the hotel's rating.

Reasonable Stay near the Theme Park
breakfast buffet theme park access strict rules poor quality
The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and variety. Direct access to the theme park from the hotel made it convenient. I appreciated its proximity to the park entrance. The western theme throughout the hotel added a nice touch.
The pool had several strict rules and some were not family friendly. I noted restrictions on T-shirts, inflatables and sunglasses. The chicken nuggets were noticeably of poor quality.

missing hook poorly-labeled items
The hotel was close to the park and the service was good.
The room lacked hooks in the bathroom. Clothes ended up on the floor during showers. There also wasn't a full-length mirror, a real inconvenience. The food was not great, and many items were poorly labeled, which caused some bad meals.

Wonderful Theme Hotel Experience!
direct access great theme perfect family
The hotel had direct access to the park. It was amazing. The hotel's theme is great. We booked a family room including a double bed, a day bed, a kitchen area, and a bathroom. Another room contained a king bed, a tv, a wardrobe, and a bathroom, perfect for our family.
The room cards often stopped working, so trips to reception were regular.

The hotel's buffet restaurant was great for the price. The food had great quality and offered great variety. The pizza at the pool bar was amazing. I enjoyed it a lot.

The hotel features direct access to PortAventura Park. The location is excellent with convenient access. We found the hotel very close to the theme park. It only took us about five minutes to walk there.

The staff members were always helpful! They did their best to assist us quickly. Everyone was friendly. We found the service wonderful! I'm very grateful for their kindness and dedication to guests.

town theme basic room blackout shades
the western town theme created a fun atmosphere , right from the entrance. the room was a basic standard room , but it was clean and functional. i appreciated the blackout shades , which were great for sleeping in.
the bathroom lacked a fan , so condensation was a slight issue after showering.
